Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)


We have significant experience in the design and delivery of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), working across a range of housing categories including Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust, and High Physical Support. Our involvement covers the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and concept design through to detailed documentation, NDIS compliance coordination, and construction support.

We collaborate closely with SDA providers, developers, support organisations, and allied health professionals to ensure each dwelling meets participant needs, integrates best-practice accessibility principles, and complies with NDIS design standards, local planning requirements, and building regulations.
